How should artwork files be sent?
Will a sketch be sufficient when ordering?

ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS If you wish to supply your own artwork or logos, computer generated artwork is preferred. Where possible, all text should be converted to outlines or curves to avoid the possibility of font corruption. We can accept the following PC format files by email or on CD.
CorelDraw up to version 12 Adobe Illustrator up to version CS3 editable EPS files editable PDF files
BMP, TIFF and JPEG files may be suitable for full colour work and should be supplied with a minimum resolution of 350dpi.
Alternatively, we can use good quality black and white copies of any logos to be included.
MAC OPERATORS File> Save as> Illustrator eps file. At this point rename the file. Max 8 digits all in lower case .eps i.e. poster.eps (this is important if it's not followed the PC user may not be able to read the file) In Compatibility: check the button for version 8. In Preview: check the button for 8-bit IBM PC In Options: Postscript Level 2 Then click ok.
